A luxury hotel in an old mill near Rennes with a breathtaking view and a good restaurant.
Nestled in an old mill, Le Germinal has character and nothing can take it away. Its terrace overlooks the Vilaine in a bucolic atmosphere. For the record, the old mill of Duchess Anne was bought by the Goualin family in 1930 and transformed into a hotel-restaurant in 1974. Today, it is Aude Goualin who runs this renowned restaurant. It serves a refined cuisine like this veal fondant, tarragon and apricot ketchup. Think of specifying if you wish a table on the very appreciated terrace.

Un hôtel calme situé sur une ile en centre ville avec une vue agréable. Chambres propres et agréables, literie en très bon état. Le restaurant est du même niveau avec des plats excellents et des petits déjeuner copieux.
