Blue half-timbered building with terrace offering fish and meat dishes inspired by plants.

At the end of an alley bordered by a pond, a blue-timbered building stands in the heart of the Haute Forêt de Bréal. Once home to Edouard Nignon, a renowned chef who is said to have served Tsar Alexander II. A century later, the restaurant still serves fish and meat. Chef Charlie Morel draws his inspiration from edible flowers, herbs from the kitchen garden and honey harvested on site. Desserts, such as marguerite, hibiscus grapefruit and Kâmpôt pepper, will astonish you.

La cuisine est absolument délicieuse et les plats sont présentés avec élégance. Le service est impeccable et les serveurs sont très attentionnés. Je reviendrais sans hésiter pour tester d'autres plats de cette cuisine exceptionnelle.

Lieu de restauration très sympa, moderne et chaleureux. Les tarifs sont cohérents avec le contenu de vos assiettes. Avec les apéritifs il faut compter en moyenne 60 euros par personne. Vos assiettes sont qualitatives et vous prenez plaisir. Un jus de viande au top avec le filet de bœuf fumé à froid. Vraiment intéressant.
