ASSOCIATION BETTON MONTÉNÉGRO

Founded in 1999, this association, chaired by Yves Arnaud, aims to raise awareness of Montenegro. In particular, it organizes cultural exchanges between Betton, small town of Ille-et-Vilaine, and in particular Rožaje, Berane and Bijelo Polje, towns in northeastern Montenegro.
