Like Brest's facilities, this small boutique, located in the heart of Quimper's center, offers small jewels of chocolate with great raw chocolate. They are all signed Pierre-Yves Hénaff, the master of the places. You have the choice of ganaches: caramel to the flower of Guérande salt, amber rum, equator grand cru, peanut pralé, almond paste, coconut milk, coffee… The only problem is to make your choice, but you can mix the ganaches to taste them or make them discover. The house also offers a few macarons as well as verrines and other gourmets.

Facts hand in small amounts, delivered fresh several times a week from Brest where the other shop, where you can see how the chocolates are made and I also recommend because there are pastries, appetisers, mousse... which have all air delicious.
The choice is difficult to see impossible, everything is if tempting! Do you pass by again tomorrow?
