Decor of yesteryear and Krampouz of the past, take a leap in time and forget about the contemporary life for some time. Your taste buds will also leap of happiness. In addition to the usual sweet or savoury, try the unique experience of an "andouille-goat cheese-apple" or a "bacon-goat cheese-honey". Beware, it is impossible to do that at home, bacon in this form exists only in this region of France. If there is still some space left, you will probably be tempted by a salted butter caramel.
