The Portsaillaise Fishery is a family affair! Yannick Menec is today at the head of this local institution founded by his mother in 1956. His flagship product? The pollack fished by line in the Iroise Sea. This artisanal practice guarantees unequalled freshness to the fish, as it is hauled back to the boat alive. You will also find mackerel, red mullet, sea bream, sea bass, skate or sole, fished during the day, as well as shellfish and crustaceans.
