Independent and artisanal, this brewery is the work of four musketeers who are committed to producing beers that combine Alsatian and American traditions. Packaged in bottles and kegs, these beers can be discovered on site in the BrewPub, which has been fitted out in a style that is both rootsy and cosy. These unfiltered, unpasteurized beers are available as Pale Ale, IPA, NEIPA or Weizen, and all reveal highly seductive new flavors. The brewery can be visited by appointment for groups.

Nous avons ou découvrir un bar au style industriel très bien décoré avec une ambiance amicale. Nous avons pu faire une visite de la brasserie : très bien expliqué, complet avec quelques notes d'humour. La dégustation qui a suivi était accompagnée d'explications précises et claires. Nous avons pu goûter 8 bières artisanales différentes. Les prix sont raisonnables. Très franchement, très très bien !!! Je recommande vivement !

Une brasserie adorable et conviviale, à la bonne franquette.
Une équipe dynamique, bienveillante, souriante, drôle... et beaucoup de recettes éphémères dans les bières proposées, on ne s'ennuie pas chez Taal ❤️
