We can only say bravo to this charming man who embodies the4th generation of a proud dynasty of hotel and restaurant owners! Jérôme practices a generous and delicately innovative cuisine, respecting the Alsatian terroir. Each of his dishes can be tasted with the eyes before being savored by taking your time!
