Inn with a traditional spirit and a menu with a thousand flavours and organic wines
Since Michel Runner took over Pierre Meyer's chef's hat in the kitchen, the address remains a sure bet. A very beautiful menu with a thousand flavours: home-made duck foie gras, brochette of lamb tile flavoured with thyme and other delicacies, soft pistachio or apricots fried with vanilla... The whole is accompanied by organic wines from the Domaine du Bollenberg, vinified in the cellars of the old wine press. At the Auberge, the spirit of tradition is always cultivated throughout the calendar. Not to be missed!

Un très beau cadre personnels très réactifs et nombreux le repas était une tuerie. Tout était très fin et goutu. Service rapide malgré le monde. Nous reviendrons.
