Nous avons choisi la surprise, le menu inspiration du chef : Nous ne savions pas ce que nous allions manger... Nous n'avons pas été déçu !
Un régal en 4 temps : poulpe et crevettes en carpaccio et pommes grany. Saint Jacques au curry noir. Tournedos de canard pastèque rôtie. Pommes coing au pain d'épices.
De magnifiques assiettes qui vous donnent envie. Des assaisonnements équilibrés et justes. Des saveurs audacieuses et raffinées.

Un accueil et un service parfait, sans attente.
Petit bémol : vu que c'était un menu surprise, nous aurions aimé plus de détails sur la composition à l'arrivée de nos plats.
