Family-run establishment with a modern atmosphere and quality home-cooked food, where lobster is the specialty.
The specialty of this family establishment is the stew lobster, a dish simmered for more than 3 hours (to be booked in advance), as well as the plates and plateaux of seafood served all year round. Here you will eat only fish, crabs, lobster, abalone and lobster caught in the corner. The card changes three times a year, the wine offers a hundred references, including 15 in bio. The atmosphere is modern, artisanal and quality cuisine. Think about booking, the hotel is popular. Please note: The Vioben entered the Bib gourmand Michelin guide in January 2018, after picking up two toques at Gault & Millau in 2017.
