One of Brittany's largest botanical gardens, with over 3,600 species of trees and shrubs in Huelgoat.
This is one of the largest botanical gardens in Brittany. Walking around here, one travels among plants and more than 3,000 species of trees and shrubs from all over the world. Designed for children as well as for experienced botanists, it welcomes all generations invited to come and meet in the shade of the trees of various species. In the heart of the garden, La Maison de l'arbre has a pleasant tea room and a shop. Little extra: the view!

Außergewöhnlich schön dieser Baumpark . Beeindruckend ist die Größe des Parkes und die Anzahl der verschiedenen Baumarten . Toll angelegt, still und ruhig . Die Geschichte der Entstehung und die Idee die dahinter steht ,die zur Wiedereröffnung des Parkes führte ist fantastisch.

An interesting place for a visit. A self guided walk amongst trees from the world over. No fixed entry fee but well worth a generous donation. The hostess was helpful and knowledgeable.

What a lovely place to visit! So peaceful with a beautiful array of plants from Asia, the Americas, Australia and Europe. The eucalyptus and sequoias reminded me of California.
The warm reception from Claire and Nico, along with artisanal goods were very inviting.
I’m really looking forward to creating, attending and participating in music and theatrical events at the arboretum.

Parcours proposé, mais balade libre au gré des envies, nos fidèles compagnons sont acceptés.
4 étoiles car il manque des explications et des photos pour voir l'évolution des plantes au fil des saisons. Mais un projet est en cours à ce sujet.
Accueil sympathique par une association et des bénévoles. Prix libre à l'appréciation de chacun, mais ne pas hésiter à les encourager dans leurs projets.
