Founded by Sten Marc in 1996, the Fromagerie du bout du monde has become an essential reference for all gourmets in Nord Finistère. Well-known thanks to its presence at many local markets, the Fromagerie opened a restaurant in 2018, whose specialty we'll let you guess! On the menu, small dishes cooked from their best dairy and cheese products: creamy burrata is enjoyed in a salad with poached peach, the crispy version of the local farmhouse goat log is eaten with eggplant caviar, while feta comes in two textures in the Greek salad. The promise of a convivial gourmet moment!
