Petite mise en bouche, Velouté de cèpes et saint-jacques grillées. Le dessert à la poire est succulent. Le choix du vin aussi. Parfait.
Petit bémol sur le service. Si vous faites remarquer au client que les saint-jacques e se mangent pas de cette façon (bien grillées), ne les servez pas dans une assiette ébréchée.
