The dance company was founded in 1961 by Yvette Maguérès, who was awarded the Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres medal in 2011. "Under the sign of dance" is one of the most renowned classical and jazz dance schools in the region. Mélanie Testu took over as artistic director in 2019. All ages are involved. The dance school also offers workshops and floor bar classes with great dancers who come from all over the world to bring their know-how. The Quartz welcomes student performances.
