•Une attente de 30-40 min dans le froid, il nous avait oublié.
•Ménage pas fait dans les toilettes, une odeur désagréable s'en dégage un mélange de pisse et de litière pour chat. •Très désagréable au téléphone pas un boujour/merci/au-revoir il m'a raccroché au nez.
