Restaurant with a very nice atmosphere offering homemade and handmade with fresh products.
Il Castello is a bit of Italy on the port of Brest. Here, the pizzaiolo was trained by a three-time runner-up in the world pizza championship (no less!), and works with thin, Roman-style dough. Everything is homemade by hand, on site, using fresh, noble ingredients. Olive oil, flours, cheeses and cured meats come directly from Italy, and are all AOC or DOP. The ham, meanwhile, comes from Rovagnati, a prestigious brand of charcuterie, a true benchmark in Italy. Inside, a warm, contemporary decor adorns the dining room and its central table surrounded by benches, inviting conviviality. You can also enjoy the terrace overlooking the marina!
