Gourmet restaurant offering South African cuisine made in Brest.
A restaurant serving South African specialties, Signare is truly the most gastronomic of Brest's African restaurants. In the kitchen, Khary, who already ran the establishment of the same name on Recouvrance a few years ago, concocts everything in-house, using the freshest produce, and the result is very healthy dishes that are as beautiful as they are good. The dishes are incomparably smooth and delicate, even the classics like mafé and yassa. As for starters, a very special mention goes to the plantain shrimp bites: a kind of acra, fried just right, not greasy at all, and whose subtle combination of flavors and textures in the mouth is a delight!

Service incroyable. Le serveur était très professionnel, sympathique et nous donnait des informations pertinentes sur les plats.

Très bonne découverte. La cuisine est excellente, les plats sont raffinés et plutôt copieux.
Le prix est un peu cher (surtout les boissons) mais cela vaut le coup pour de la bonne cuisine .

Super bon, je recommande le mafé et la bière à base de bisape.
