Authentic and historical address to taste tasty and copious pancakes in Brest.
A Brestoise institution, opened in 1922 by Marianne Boënnec, the Crêperie Moderne is one of the oldest in Brest. The room is authentic, sober and equipped with benches. The pancakes are prepared in front of you in an open kitchen. The menu is certainly simple, but the pancakes are succulent and copious. Since sugar butter is the best way to recognize a good pancake, Petit Futé validated the test and appreciated the tasty pancake batter. Special mention on the salty side: black wheat with scallops was delicious and generously garnished. On this evening of Candlemas, the welcome was warm, the team young and dynamic in an intimate atmosphere by candlelight.

Les crêpes sont toujours aussi excellentes, la pâte à crêpe est absolument onctueuse et délicieuse. Si vous cherchez une crêperie pas chère et de bonne qualité, vous devez vous rendre ici ????

Excellente crêperie connue depuis longtemps sur Brest. Décor laissé à l’ancienne. Bémol sur le bruit si on veut un peu converser mais rançon du succès et de l’organisation des tables.

Rapidité de service, le cidre le meilleur à mon goût (#teamKerné), les crêpiers s’adaptent aux demandes (j’ai appris un mot « kraz » ah ah et je préfère mes crêpes comme ça maintenant !!).
Bref la crêperie de mon enfance que j’ai fait découvrir à ma fille ☺️
