Certified «organic agriculture», the ciders of the Kermarzin Farm are tanniques, powerful in the mouth and typical of the land. Their fermentation is slow (between three and five months) and the foam intake is naturally in bottle. Here, in addition to a tasting (free) you will learn all or almost the cider. From Brittany, but not only. In the cellar, the real cave of Ali-Baba, the best cider from France is gathered from the different fields of the Typical, their authenticity and origin from independent producer producers. To extend this learning, the cidrier also offers introductory courses to the oenology of cider. And it's not finished because you can discover the history of cider in a small museum where old tools have been gathered from the Middle Ages to the present day.
