Jean-Philippe and his son Justin perpetuate the winegrowing traditions handed down to them by their ancestors. They harmoniously cultivate some 9 hectares of exceptional terroirs: Grand Cru Hatschbourg, lieux dits Bildstoecklé and Hagelberg. Father and son combine tradition and modernity to create cuvées of great personality. One example is Œvolution Hartmann, a magnificent dry white wine produced in an ovoid mineral vat.
