Simone and Gérard, Matthieu and his wife Chantal Rich are bee operators and producers. This family adventure began in 2000 when Matthew, the son, then cabinetmaker began to become a professional beekeeper. He likes to work in the air and is the third generation to be passionate about bees. The hives are located on the Vosges slope on a plot of 14 ares. The Rich family has a herd of 500 to 600 hives and produces six kinds of honey thanks to transhumance. The honey, whose benefits are no longer to be proven, is becoming a soft and decorative product.
