Inn in the former Seestaedlé marcairie offering bistronomic dishes

Located in the former Seestaedlé farmhouse at the bottom of the Tanet ski slopes, this inn decorated in a chalet style seduces with its bistronomic dishes. Chef Patrick Kempf highlights local products in an original and tasty way. To whet your appetite: ballottine of free-range chicken and duck foie gras with gewurztraminer or cannelloni of pike and pink trout in a creamy white wine sauce. In short: it's 100% roots and chic, hence the super crush!

Member of the Chefs d'Alsace network. Annual vacations 2nd fortnight of June and November. Open Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 9:30 am to 5:15 pm; Friday and Saturday from 9:30 am to 11 pm (last service at 9:30 pm). Closed on December 25. From mid-July to the end of August, open on Tuesdays from 9 am to 6 pm. Reservation: only by phone. Additional opening days during school vacations. Reservation recommended. Menus from 24,50 € to 40 €. Hot food non-stop from 12 am. Breakfast on reservation. Groups welcome. Terrace.

Auberge situé en pleine montagne avec une vue à couper le souffle

Arrivé sans réservation lors d'une balade hivernale, resto complet, pourtant accueil chaleureux et service d'un excellent repas (à emporter) sur la terrasse.

Nous sommes allés manger à la taverne sans réservation et nous avons été gentiment accueillis. Toutefois, la salle était très bruyante avec une tablée d'une quinzaine de personnes chacune voulant se faire entendre, augmentant ainsi le brouhaha crescendo. Nous n'avons pris qu'une salade vigneronne et sommes partis à cause du bruit.
