Frédérique Fenouillet has been an organic farmer in Villiers-Louis since 2008. She produces goat cheese and also kids sold for their meat. She is the sweet lady... Well, at least we suppose so. Unless it's her goats... At the farm, you can stock up on goat's milk, eggs, goat's cheese (crottins and logs), yoghurts, fromage blanc ladled, goat's aperitif, potatoes... A delight for young and old alike!
