Certified Ecocert and Demeter, this estate is rated 5 stars in the Parker and Bettane & Desseauve guides! It takes its name from the Weinbach( winestream ), the small river that runs through it. Catherine Faller runs the Domaine Weinbach with her sons Eddy and Théo. The wines are declined in Cuvées (Sainte-Catherine, Laurence, Colette, Théo), Terroirs (Clos des Capucins, Altenbourg), Grands Crus (Schlossberg, Furstenstum, Mambourg, Marckrain), Vendanges Tardives and Sélections de Grains Nobles. They combine authenticity and perfection, with prices to match!

As early as 1945, the Dietrichs cultivated the 7 Alsatian grape varieties in Kaysersberg. Their son Jean-Jacques expanded the estate to 13 hectares. The estate has received the HVE (High Environmental Value) certification thanks to its reasoned wine production, on grassed plots and with hand harvesting. Taste the Riesling Geisburg with its apricot nose, the Gewurztraminer Kaefferkopf Grand Cru 2021 or the Pinot Noir Réserve 2019 aged in oak barrels, woody and slightly tannic.
