Burger, flambéed pies and various dishes to enjoy in a restaurant in Colmar
Just like the team behind it, this friendly restaurant is full of color! In the kitchen, Joris Viaux gives pride of place to the region's organic producers. All the Alsatian classics are represented, perfectly executed and generously proportioned. Hearty röstis and crispy flammenkueche are accompanied by a zest of originality, and it's delicious. And if you're a fan of biodynamic or natural wines, you'll find some superb nuggets from Alsace and elsewhere on the wine list, including by the glass.

Petit bémol : on arrive au restaurant par -7°C, le jeune homme qui nous "accueille" nous dit "une table ne va pas tarder à se libérer mais allez attendre dehors" ... il faudrait mettre les formes lorsqu'on s'adresse à des clients.
Mise à part cela, le repas dans ce restaurant est toujours très bon ce n’était pas la première fois que je venais. Le jaret au munster est une tuerie !
