Set on the banks of the River Weiss just beyond Kaysersberg's famous fortified bridge, this restaurant boasts three dining rooms and a terrace that's practically right on the water! It offers great value for money, with a tempting full Alsatian menu. Flammekueches and sauerkraut are among the local favorites, so you can go there with your eyes shut. For the festive season, Le Kaysersberg sells duck foie gras to take away, packaged in 200-gram verrines or by weight.

Hier soir, nous avons eu la chance de dîner dans ce restaurant et nous avons passé un moment vraiment agréable. Malgré l'attente, le personnel nous a gentiment proposé un apéritif pour patienter, ce qui était très appréciable. L'équipe était souriante et bienveillante, ce qui a ajouté une touche chaleureuse à notre expérience. Le repas était délicieux, nous avons vraiment apprécié. Nous recommandons vivement ce restaurant à tous ceux qui recherchent une bonne cuisine, un service attentionné pour finir une bonne journée après avoir visité le marché de noël !

Dommage la qualité et quantité ne sont plus au rendez vous.

Très déçus. Le gratin de munster nul où est le munster ? Quant au kougelhof glacé il fau s'imaginer le marc de gewurtz et ainsi de suite restaurant à oublier
