Set on the banks of the River Weiss just beyond Kaysersberg's famous fortified bridge, this restaurant boasts three dining rooms and a terrace that's practically right on the water! It offers great value for money, with a tempting full Alsatian menu. Flammekueches and sauerkraut are among the local favorites, so you can go there with your eyes shut. For the festive season, Le Kaysersberg sells duck foie gras to take away, packaged in 200-gram verrines or by weight.

Super accueil malgré le nombre de clients. Ils font le maximum pour un service de qualité, dans une bonne ambiance. Plats copieux, très bon conseil pour le vin.

Bien déçues de ce restaurant qui semble sur le papier tout à fait convenir. Personnel peu accueillant, cuisine mitigée, affichage tickets restaurant à l'entrée alors que ne prend pas et quand nous demandons des explications, celles ci sont vagues. C'est innaceptable, non nous n'avons pas passé un bon moment et c'est bien dommage car le lieu et la ville s'y prêtent..
