You can opt for a terrine of goose foie gras with Berawecka fruit, Lewerknepfles (liver dumplings) with shallots, beef with coarse salt and horseradish, or simply fall for a sauerkraut with 9 toppings, necessarily... royal! Depuis quelques temps nous souhaitions venir déjeuner dans la winstub du Chambard.
L’occasion se présenta avec un couple d’amis.
Nous nous sommes régalés du début à la fin du repas, nos papilles ont apprécié.
Merci pour ce bon repas.
En complément nous sommes allés acheter du pain au « levain d’Olivier Nasti ».

J’ai adorer de A a Z, gros coup de cœur. Que ce soit l’accueil, la chambre, le spa, tout était incroyable. Nous n’avons pas manger au restaurant mais la prochaine fois nous le testerons. Mention spéciale au petit déjeuner qui était vraiment frais et fait maison.
