Starred restaurant offering exciting culinary recipes accompanied by a glass of wine.

In a venerable 15th century residence, Laurine Gutleben is a marvel in the kitchen. The young woman trained with Olivier Nasti (2 Michelin stars) in Kaysersberg and at the Maison Troisgros (3 Michelin stars) in Roanne. She composes culinary scores full of energy: sweetbreads with Saltimbocca, filet of beef Rossini with foie gras and black truffle... For the wines, all excellent, we trust Wilfried, the charming sommelier. Reservations are highly recommended as this small restaurant is often fully booked!

Une cuisine excellente. Des choses connues (viande de veau et purée de pommes de terre) améliorées de manière raffinée. Bien sûr, la nourriture est une question de goût, mais j'ai aimé. En entrée, l'agnelottl aux truffes et aux noix était excellent. Le grand choix de vins permet de trouver la bonne bouteille. Le service est aimable et compétent. Une destination gourmande incontournable en Alsace.

Une fois un peu différent, pas typiquement alsacien. Nous avons été très satisfaits. Les plats sont préparés avec des saveurs différentes. Service et rapport qualité/prix très bons.
