In the heart of the countryside, an excellent address that this dove! The atmosphere is rather contemporary and the plates well in their times. The chef mêle cleverly the land to products less highlighted in general in a village of the Yonne. Thus, the ginger crosses the frogs, the coriander crosses the calf, all sprinkled with beautiful local wines at advantageous rates. Here is what we have chosen: lièvre and pistachio pie, mache and beet, which we have made on a back of deer, muslin with the winter celery and vegetables, and finally a beautiful Belle Charlotte. A refined address that should be spoken through the Yonne, which is known to be greedy and curious.
