In the spring of 2023, the renowned "Délice des Galets" closed its doors to make way for this new restaurant run by Eva and Yohann Rolland, who aim to promote "tasteful cuisine". And they know what they're talking about, since the young couple met at "La Côte Saint-Jacques", where they both worked. As for the chef (Yohann Rolland), he cut his teeth at Barnabet in Auxerre before moving on to Saulieu to work alongside Bernard Loiseau. That's a lot of experience! The result is an inventive cuisine based on fresh local produce. A fine table.
