Nice atmosphere of a village bistro in the charming restaurant of Alain and Claire in the heart of Dambach-la-Ville.

This restaurant is somewhere between a village bistro and an Alsatian winstub. Located not far from one of the village's fortified gates, and run by Alain and Claire with their infectious good humor, you'll find yourself seated here in a decor of wood panelling and frescoes painted on the walls. Claire offers suggestions in the dining room, while Alain, the chef, prepares delicious dishes. Très agréable re-découverte. Je n'y étais plus allé depuis presque 30ans. Le repas fut excellent, tout comme le vin! Service agréable et ambiance familiale. Je reviendrais pour confirmer mon impression et donner ma 5ieme étoile ????

Restaurant typiquement alsacien. Plat du jour à 11€ et pour y aller régulièrement, jamais déçue. Accueil et service au top! Je recommande ++

Un restaurant avec des plats de qualité, propre et avec un excellent service.
Nous fûmes reçus bien que n’ayant pas fait de réservation.
La choucroute garnie, l’escalope avec spätzle, la dame blanche et l’île flottante sont très bons.
À noter la banquette chauffée très agréable pour le temps froid.
