In the heart of the old town, you'll love sitting on the covered, flower-filled terrace of this inn, where chef Frédéric Dupuy serves up a fine selection of local cuisine. Start with the crunchy warm goat's cheese with walnuts and grapes marinated in Burgundy marc, followed by the melting pork cheek, Burgundy style. And let's not forget the Bourbon vanilla crème brûlée. Tasty! We highly recommend this restaurant. In summer, the restaurant offers special menus on the evenings of shows at the château.

Ce restaurant est extrêmement bien situé, juste à côté de château. Les plats sont excellents, le Chef a même fait l'effort de venir servir chaque table et de demander l'avis des clients. Néanmoins, je rejoins certains retours concernant le service qui est à améliorer vu le standing (menu unique en week-end à 35,90 euros ou 39,90 euros avec le fromage). Nous nous annonçons à notre arrivée, la serveuse nous fait un signe de tête pour nous indiquer notre table, sans nous y accompagner. Elle donne les cartes aux messieurs avant les dames et sa façon de s'adresser aux clients est plutôt froide. Les toilettes méritent également un bon rafraîchissement.

Dans ce restaurant, la caissière est extrêmement désagréable. Par exemple, à notre arrivée (au environ d'une heure) nous nous sommes annoncés. Nous étions trois. Sans nous adresser un mot, elle nous à fait signe du pouce de manger à l'extérieur sur le trottoir. Alors qu’à l’intérieur, il n’y avait presque personne. Manger à l’extérieur ne nous enchantait pas car c'était un vendredi le jour du marché. Ce jour là, il faisait une grosse chaleur. De plus, ils y avaient tous les marchands qui emballaient leurs marchandises en faisant de la poussière ainsi que le service de nettoyage. En ce qui concerne le service, le serveur était très gentil. En revanche, il était un peu « tête en l’air » car il nous a servi un dessert autre que ce l’on avait demandé. Pour la nourriture, il n’y a rien à dire c’était moyen. Si je me permets de mettre un avis, c’est parce-que je suis vexée. Car c’est dans mon pays que l’on m’humilie en me faisant signe « comme un chien ». Pourtant, j’ai voyagé moult fois à l’étranger et personne ne s’est comportée de la sorte. En tout car, je ne conseille pas d’y aller. D’ailleurs, en prolongeant plus bas la même rue il y a d’autres restaurants.
