Winemaker Jean-Christophe Bersan and his childhood friend, chef Stephan Calvo, have combined their talents to open this restaurant, which required an extension to the Domaine's winery before becoming La Belle Croix. An excellent restaurant offering particularly refined cuisine rooted in the terroir. On the day of our visit, we went for the cassolette of snails with Crémant de Bourgogne, followed by a pike-perch steak with Saint-Bris sauce. Finishing with a crumble of Saint-Bris croquets and lemon cream. It couldn't get any more local!

que dire !! 95 euros pour 2 avec 2 verres de vin …un pressé de canard peu assaisonné une truite correcte , des œufs meurette avec une cuisson parfaite mais noyés dans une sauce de bourguignon et non une meurette .Pour le dessert une crème citron sur quelques miettes de croquets sans conviction. Nous avons fait part de la musique un peu forte . Réponse du chef : c'est mon choix et je préfère écouter de la musique qu'entendre la vie des clients ( certainement pas leurs AVIS!!!!! ).J'ai oublié : erreur de 8 euros sur la note en notre défaveur mais soyons grands seigneurs laissons les au petit personnel ou au petit chef .Cerise sur le gâteau ; PAS de réponse a notre AU REVOIR.la messe est dite
