CLOTILDE DAVENNE DOMAINE DES TEMPS PERDUS
This oenology graduate arrived in 1989 in Chablis: having worked alongside Jean Marc Brocard for several years, she continued her profession as an oenologist in the cellar and decided to base her own estate on the commune of Préhy, in the extreme south of Chablis. In 2005, the estate became her main occupation. Thus, it operates 30 ha of vines of different ages and grape varieties that make the richness of its wines. White wines with Chablis, Petits Chablis and Bourgogne Aligoté, red wines with Irancy and Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre, and a regional speciality with Crémant de Bourgogne. Tasting tours can be booked on the website. Recently, a guest house has been added to the estate's offer with a gîte and its two rooms or a studio for lovers.
