The Botter family lovingly raise their Vosges breed cows, which graze freely on a natural diet of carefully selected grass, hay and cereals. The menu includes spider, entrecote, rump steak, rib steak, bourguignon, chuck, round steak... all without a trip to the slaughterhouse. All vacuum-packed, to be purchased on site (by appointment) or ordered by phone or e-mail. We'll let you know when your order is ready for delivery, and we'll give you the recipe of the month... with seasonal vegetables!
