Régis Tatraux, master restaurateur, offers a gourmet and refined seasonal cuisine. All homemade! Only three types of products are not made by the master-restaurateur but are chosen with great care: ice creams and sorbets (Maître Artisan Glacier "Glace des Alpes"), apricot coulis (Les Vergers Boiron), breads and special breads (Boulangerie Rousseau et Millot in Avallon).
The menu doesn't need to be long to delight gourmets with a choice between two or three starters, main courses, cheeses or desserts.
