A museum featuring a chapter house in the collegiate church of Saint-Amarin, with staging of trades from the past
The museum is named after General Marcel Serret, a troop commander who was killed in the fighting at Hartmannswillerkopf. The building served as a military hospital during the Great War. The first floor is dedicated to the memory of the Vosges front in 1914-1918, the war of 1939-1945, the Alsatian resistance and the liberation of the valley. Don't miss the elements of the chapter house of the collegiate church of Saint-Amarin, the staging of trades from the past, seals and coins, and religious objects of art.
