Restaurant located on the banks of the Serein river offering fresh and quality products with regional flavors.

Situated on the wine route, close to the Cistercian abbey of Pontigny, this inn is also on the banks of the Serein, opposite the church of Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul. In short, in this bucolic setting just a stone's throw from Chablis, Annick and Serge Basset open their doors and their beautiful restaurant. Fresh, quality produce, regional flavors... How can you resist artichoke cake with lemon butter, creamy morel puff pastry and Chablis bavarois, for example? A great address.

Cuisine de haut vol: originalité, qualité et fraîcheur. La carte des vins est riche.
De plus, le cadre intérieur est réjouissant et la terrasse très romantique et entourée de nombreuses plantations et fleurs. Nous nous sommes régalés et y retournerons lors de nos prochaines vacances en France!
