Recently taken over by Carl Beringer, this Jovinien establishment needs no introduction, as its cuisine offers a veritable festival of flavors. From the chef's homemade duck foie gras, tournedos cut from beef tenderloin with Chablis sauce, to simple tartines of Yonne goat's cheese and Chablis-aged cheese, there's something for every taste and budget. There's also a slate menu and a Bistrot menu for a quick and tasty meal. Finally, the establishment is also a beautiful 2-star hotel. All this, just a stone's throw from the historic center.

Cuisine excellente, service et accueil excellent , le patron et le personnels excellents , petit bémol la salle est un peu bruyante.

Personnel accueillant, service rapide, cuisine maison. Tout était délicieux, consistant et les assiettes étaient très belles !

Pour la 2ème fois que je viens à l hôtel toujours aussi bien un accueil vraiment chaleureux et les repas très copieux et très bons et belle chambre je reviendrai sans problème
