Here's an address for meat lovers. Yann and Hélène Kolifrath, who run the adjoining butcher's shop, have opened this forty-seat restaurant. The menu features traditional cuts of meat and regional specialties. If you haven't tried the pierrade royale or the excellent pâté en croûte, just drop by the store. Non-meat eaters will find a number of dishes to their liking, including sauerkraut from the sea. From starters to dessert, everything is homemade and served by an efficient team.

L'endroit n'est pas typique Alsacien mais en revanche un service impeccable et surtout des rognons de veau moutarde à l'ancienne sublimes (nous y sommes retournés deux fois pour cela) le cordon bleu excellent, les bouchées à la reine parfaites donc un établissement sûr et régulier nous y reviendrons noël prochain.

Une des meilleures viandes si pas la meilleure, que j'ai mangé de ma vie. L'entrée et le dessert étaient excellents. Bonne quantité malgré l'excellente qualité. Le prix est plus que correct. Pour moi on s'approche du parfait. Je recommande fortement !

Une belle découverte à Rouffach .
Une cuisine simple sans chichis avec des parts conséquentes pour certains plats.
La salle est agréable en terme de déco : peut être bruyante si la salle est pleine vue sa configuration.
Petit bémol : manque de choix de vins rouge au verre : un pinot et un côte n'est à mon sens pas suffisant.
En terme de prix c'est assez raisonnable.
Le service est jeune et souriant.
Une carte annexe avec des produits traiteurs existe ....à des prix franchement très très intéressants.
Allez y les yeux fermés.
