Romain Favre is at the helm of this highly reputed Yonne restaurant, which offers bistro-style cuisine. For example, we liked the organic eggs en meurette with Irancy ratafia. As did the confit pig's cheek with cider sauce from Clos de Rochy, served with braised endives. Last but not least, we finished with a delicious limoncello baba with lemon cream and mascarpone chantilly. A remarkable wine list of some 200 crus (80% from Burgundy). A superb address that also boasts a fine wine cellar. Discoveries guaranteed.
