Un fuir ! depuis avril, j'avais commandé un volume pour offrir à un ami. depuis les deux rdv ont été annulés de sa part, soit disant conditions météorologiques. bizarre le soir même, un ulm passe au dessus de chez mes enfants... demande de remboursement depuis septembre. toujours rien, après maintes relances tel smsetc... sommes même allé un soir, le Mr devant la télé et ne veux pas ouvrir !... pas sérieux

Reponse ridicule et méprisante du prestataire devant mon incompréhension. je cite : « Bonjour Monsieur, bla bla bla… je vous fais du bla bla bla… au revoir Monsieur et à bientôt… »

Il est grand temps que ce prestataire redescende de ses nuages et comprenne ce qu’est un client

It was already a moment. .mais I ever had time to inform my bad experience. I invite you to book 2 week later flight Smartbox gift box the manager says ok they are good for ULM the D-day leave Paris for the baptism. No telephone call to confirm its share. Therefore one invites you to confirm our arrival. It is said that the ULM is not on. You get there nevertheless. Arriving it tells us that you could are only autogiro because of wind. I say that I have but that does not interest me. It insists, insists and insists. Finally one concorde to another day ULM. Then, you sets leave (the return for nothing expensive but good) the very bad surprise it is when I saw the Smartbox box was entered as served! Smartbox says that they can not make. You need to see with Open Air Passion. They are pointed out and the manager says that it is overbooked, it can not put us some shares. .après a long time to chat, it is said that it will try and to remind us. It never did it. the box is lost. Bad experience.
