To say that the Roy family is rooted in the Chablis region is an understatement! In 1810, Pierre Roy was a winegrower there. One hundred years later, his descendant Fernand created the estate. Since then, generations have succeeded one another on this 20 ha estate located on the right bank of the Serein. The 4 appellations are present: Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru "Le Fourchaume" and "Le Vaulorent", and the Grand Cru "Les Bougros" and "Les Preuses". The whole is produced in reasoned culture. Run to discover them! In addition to the cellar, a beautiful store awaits you.

Open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm. Open on Sunday (10am-12pm by appointment).

Domaine Roy is a family winery in the village of Fontenay-près-Chablis. It offers you great Chablis wines such as Petit Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru: Fourchaume, Vaulorent and Chablis Grand Cru: Les Preuses, Bougros... This estate practices a reasoned culture. Thus, the harvest is done by machine except for the grand cru; the pressing is done with pneumatic presses and the vinification in thermo-regulated stainless steel tanks. Note that all their bottles are corked only with natural corks. A great address for oenophiles!
