A beautiful address to test which highlights fresh products. Lovers of gastronomy and lovers of their profession, these two fine restaurants will make you get to the right time. A name for plates, which are in Gien. Some suggestions from the menu for a promising foretaste: rabbit livers and their salad salad in Sherry vinegar, langoustines pan, white cheese sherbet and compote of the moment. We love very much.
