Restaurant in an authentic Alsatian setting offering unusual dishes

This is the story of a man with a passion for travel and Japan. After 20 years of travel and living in Japan, Philippe offers in his restaurant in the Alsatian setting, a 100% Japanese cuisine with a special mention for the Wagyu beef, an exceptional meat imported from Japan. Upon reservation, 2 menus are available and the journey begins from the first bite: royal egg chawanmushi, shiitake edamame, poultry and wakame yakitori, Wagyu beef/ginger/sesame yukké, all in alliance with nods to Alsace and subtle flavors.

Beaucoup d'avis sont très très positifs. Oui, c'est de la bonne nourriture et oui, le service est très agréable. Cependant, je pense que le rapport qualité-prix est assez mauvais, pour la nourriture et le vin. J'ai mangé dans les environs de meilleurs menus pour moins cher. C'est très bien de combiner deux quisines que j'aime beaucoup, mais c'est un peu dépassé et pas tout à fait là.
