Restaurant where the chef concocts traditional dishes from a gastronomic cuisine in Champignelles.

Here, Christophe Grenon concocts gourmet cuisine and traditional dishes always punctuated with a touch of originality. For example, here's what we sampled on the Tasting Menu: a starter of blue lobster pie with julienne vegetables and Espelette pepper bisque. Then a fillet of beef pan-fried with fleur de sel and deglazed with Irancy jus. All this to conclude with one of the house's signature dishes: the Paris-Champignelles (a cabbage filled with praline ice cream and sautéed Morello cherries). A very fine address!

Si la cuisine est bonne, raffinée, notre satisfaction a été tempérée par le "négligé "de la patronne, le choix restreint des plats et dans une menu à 46€, le fromage en supplément. (Par ailleurs, aucun remerciement pour un chèque de 15€ laissé pour un comportement très commercial lors d'un malaise il y a plusieurs années.)
