Pierrot and Martine welcome you to the heart of the village of Bussy-en-Othe. Here you'll find a butcher's and delicatessen, as well as a 30-seat restaurant. With its bistro-style decor, the cuisine is rich and tasty. On our visit, we loved the traditional jambon persillé, followed by a pan-fried tartare with Chaource sauce. But we could also have opted for the Brillat Savarin sauce burger, for example. It's good, very good and very generous!
