Nestled in the Burgundian highlands, on the foothills of Chablis's great vintages, the Château de Béru is a landmark in the region's wine tradition. But here, a different one makes it a kind of valuable exception. Since 2005, the domain has chosen bio. Natural materials such as herbal herbal teas and sulphur protect the vine and strengthen its natural defenses. A variety of fauna and flora are now present.
